When you click on a download link "File Download" dialog will open
in Windows.
Simply click on OK.
A Save As file menu opens. Click on the Desktop Icon
to select your desktop. Make sure to note down the name of the
file.
Select Save.
The file will now be downloaded to your Desktop. When it is downloaded
completely , simply double click on the file on your Desktop, to start
